We deliver only to offices and corporates. We deliver all over the UAE. Delivery time depends on the location. Contact julnar@julnar.ae for details.
Delivery Charges
All orders above AED 200 in total will be delivered FREE of charge, while orders below AED 200, will be charged AED 25, as delivery charges.
Delivery Policy
Julnar General Trading LLC will take great care to ensure that you receive all purchased items in perfect condition.
We deliver from Saturday to Thursday, from 09:00AM and 06:00PM. All orders received between10:00AM and 02:30PM everyday will be processed for delivery for the next day. Orders received after the cut-off time will be processed the next day. A confirmation e-mail will be sent at the e-mail address you provide. In the same manner, an e-mail will also be sent if your order has been disapproved or discontinued for whatever reason.
All orders will be delivered by our own staff using our own vehicles. We will make every effort to deliver within the next working day, but the Company will not be liable for any possible loss caused by late delivery.
We understand the importance of ‘On-Time’ delivery, so please notify us either by telephone or email if you do not receive your goods within a reasonable time.
Order Availability
Products in the website are readily available for sale as long as they are on stock. Buyer shall be notified through e-mail or by phone for orders which cannot be fulfilled for the time being.
Pricing Information
While Julnar strives to provide accurate product and pricing information, pricing or typographical errors may occur. Julnar cannot confirm the price of a product until after you order. In the event that a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to an error in pricing or product information, Julnar shall have the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any orders placed for that product, unless the product has already been dispatched. In the event that an item is wrongly priced, Julnar may, at its discretion, either contact you for instructions or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation. Unless the product ordered by you has been dispatched, your offer will not be deemed accepted and Julnar will have the right to modify the price of the product and contact you for further instructions using the e-mail address provided by you during the time of registration, or cancel the order and notify you of such cancellation. In the event that Julnar accepts your order the same shall be debited to your credit card account and duly notified to you by email that the payment has been processed. The payment may be processed prior to Julnar dispatch of the product that you have ordered. If we have to cancel the order after we have processed the payment, the said amount will be reversed back to your credit card account. No cash disbursement shall be made under any condition whatsoever.
We strive to provide you with the best prices possible on Julnar. However, sometimes a price online does not match the price in a store. In our effort to be the lowest price provider in your particular geographic region, store pricing will sometimes differ from online prices. Prices and availability are subject to change without prior notice.
