Refund

Julnar accepts the return of purchased items through its website, depending on the item availability and existing conditions.

We need the product to be returned in its original pack and not used/opened. While waiting for it to be collected please ensure to store the products properly.

Customer need to contact us on email, live chat or phone and the replacement/refund will be arranged accordingly

If you have paid by credit card the refund will be to the same credit card.
